Each 2.5 oz. bag of freshly roasted whole bean coffee is perfect to make a full pot of 10-12 6-8 oz cups of coffee. We use about 71 grams for 40 oz. pots.

Most home coffee brewing is 2 Tbsp. (10.6 g) of ground coffee beans per 6 oz. of water. A standard coffee measure should be 2 Tbsp. (2 Tbsp. = 1/8 cup = 10.6 g).
